I really hope that good things come from joining this forum. I have belonged to others over the years but, dropped out eventually because too many of them were one-tracked ie; 1/18 scale or Hot Wheels only.
You will find that I have listed a huge collection for sale in the deals section. I assembled that collection over the past thirty years and eventually lost interest.
My new obsession is 1/43 white metal/resin American automobiles. Although there are many diecasts as well. And I still add a few models per year to my 1/64 scale American model collection. And I have just started to collect 1/43 concept cars too. Other small collections include Microcars of the World (1/43), Pick-Up Trucks of the World (1/43) and My Favorites of the World (1/43 exotics). And one last one I almost forgot about is the TVR collection (various scales).
But, I must say my passion now lies in white metal American vehicles. From the earliest days to 1985. From American Bantam to Willys. I have assembled a collection of nearly two hundred cars over the past ten years. From manufacturers like Brooklin, Mini Marque 43, Western, Durham Classics, a couple of Conquest and almost all of the Goldvarg range, I'm missing the '57 Olds.
I'd love to talk on this subject matter, might considder buying or trading for models that do not currently reside in the "All American".
