hello has anyone got any ideas or there way on cleaning there dicast collection i use a cloth but it just move the dust n grease around so i thought why not use a littie bit of real car wash n wax on a cloth is this a good idea?
I've used cloth, cutips, brushes, etc. which one depends on what part of the car you're cleaning. I use cutips for hard to reach places, a soft-bristle brush (like a make up brush) works well or cloth for dusting. Have wetted the cloth with just water and have also waxed with car wax!

So, having tried all of these things, I don't have a favorite, but try them and and see what works best for you.
Get an Automotive Quick Detailer spray (Meg's Ultimate QD...black bottle) works great.

That and hit 'em with an air-duster (for keyboards) first to knock the big stuff off.

Get an assortment of brushes as well; makup and artist brushes usually work well.

Dust; wipe with QD on a microfiber towel; use brushes for hard to reach areas...
I use window cleaner and Q-tips to clean my trucks and stuff. I've never had it harm the paint on anything so that's why I continue to use it. It brings the factory gleam back
