i will review a new car every week at this forum, first will be the autoart bugatti veyron, i will get pics here soon.
the veyron set the world record fastest car in 2007 at 253 mph, it has a 7993 cc w16 engine capable at 1001 hp.
named after the last man to win 24 hour lemans circa 1937 using a 1937 t57 bugatti.
exterior: it has a red and black finish finely painted with no defects and has a well reflective surface, at the front the headlights are precisely detailed to look like camera lenses in a way only autoart could. moving on to the trunk there is a small openable suitcase that is grafted onto the compartment which is somewhat pleasing. the air intakes at the front along with a chrome finish are absolutely stunning. the air intakes at the sides and engine bay are see through showing basic mechanic details in certain lighting, something manufacturers like maisto is too cheap to do. at the rear is a diffuser and a switch to detract a large spoiler.

under the lifted spoiler you can spot another see through air intake. if you thought that wasn't enough even the gas cap has little details, autoart now thats too much!! the engine is also very detailed with several small fragile parts, the cylinders, crankshafts, engine block all there. the wheels are michelin 400 soft rubber tires and 12 spoke rims, with tampo eb on hubcaps. the brake discs and calipers were very well made, almost as if the real thing shrunken 18x smaller. 9.5 / 10
interior: chrome dashboard and carpeted floor were precise even when magnified as probably the first noticeable details, the air vents are all chrome plated and brake paddles perfectly adjustable. a small disappointment was the seats, where's the leather? but other details such as cloth adjustable seatbelts tells you this can be well over forgiven. continued at next post...
the gauges are well legible and are covered in plastic resembling glass, the brake paddles are adjustable and are painted fully, the steering wheel and gearshift are magnificent and certainly like the real veyron. under the seats it reads pierre veyron in silver. 8.5 / 10
extras: the box it comes in is collectible and reads bugatti, it comes with a certificate of authenticity and a pamphlet, its individually numbered 583 out of a limited 6000. 10/10
quality: no damage or faded color, no unnoticed details except leather seats, scarce usage of plastic 9 / 10
price: 160 usd, 110 euros. very costly for an autoart usually costing at 80 usd, however limited 6000 proves otherwise 7.5/10
overall its 9/10
Great! Waiting for pics!!
Thanks alot for the interesting review silicovolcaniosis! I feel strongly that this model is overpriced with a production of 6,000 pieces. If it were only 1,000 the price would be justified. Looking forward to more reviews and your pictures!
im sorry for the pics delay, i cant find my usb cable so i will have to get a new oneSad
