just like to share these pics with everyone its a lotus cortina mk1 by autoart 1/18 its a replica of jim clark's 1964 cortina which he raced at goodwood which came first in its class its got team lotus stripes down both sides and around the back and its got the black stripe across the bonet (hood)Smile
The engine detail looks awsome on that car!!
Here is another auto art classic its a ford sierra rs cosworth 1/18 scale
its got cloth interior and seat belts and carpetsCool

No the place where i bought it from sent a standerd lotus cortina made
by autoart to a professional model maker they put the stripes on the car and numbers and remade the wheels this is why you dont see this
on autoarts website this car cost me a lot of money (double the price of the standerd car) i will change the pics in a few days for some better ones to show everyone the detail on the carWink

Sweet Cortina! I thought it was the off-the-shelf Auto Art version so had to go back there and check their site when you mentioned the mods.

I'm not a huge fan of Lotus or even European cars in general, but always thought the Cortina from Autoart was a great little piece! The one-off you have is a gem!
