One of my favorite high-end die cast manufacturers lately id WCPDi out of the San Fernando Valley Ca. Owner Brian Dunning has done a wonderful job of replicating a selectr line of Chevy Impalas... '59, 61,62, and 64 at this point.

I'm new here, didn't see any mention of them anywhere.

The detail is amazing, Hemmings Muscle magazine has a review of the '64 Impala SS convertible in this month's issue, an absolute RAVE!
My favorite has to be the '61 Impala Hardtop, looks like a small-town street racer, maybe '1965 or so.

Given the high level of precision, and the realities of Asian manufacturing, there are a lot of cars that don't make the cut quality-wise for retail sales. Ol' Brian got tired of looking at a warehouse full of white boxes with cars with minor flaws, so he has taken steps to market 'Daily Drivers'. The regular full-content WCPDi cars are there in all their glory, but for one reason or another they didn't pass the energetic inspection process. Additionally, the $150 regular price is discounted by a quick $50! There might be a paint flaw or content problem here and there, but most of the flaws are hard to even locate!
