Here's a Burago African Safari 1/26 scale model 2000 Renault Megane of Buggy Schlesser's Paris to Le Caire run. Personally, I really like the graphics, the color, the wheels and opening passenger door. I really dislike the fact that the engine and the three spare tires are inaccessible.

Not ever seeing any other models or similar models featuring this type of racing caused me to consider the following:

*Are there other models made of cars of this nature?

*Are they primarily in larger or smaller scales?

*Is this segment of racing so specialized that the model market tends to be so small as to be irrelevant to model companies making these types of models?
