Question  Tow truck

Does anyone know of a company that makes sells 1:18 tow trucks? I don't want the Andy Griffith 1930's version. I am looking for a modern tow truck to put in to a Service Station diorama or possibly an accident scene with a police car. I have searched the 'net for at least three years. I can't believe with all the wreckers there are in this country, that there is no market for these trucks.

RE: Tow truck

I've never heard of one either and especially in 1/18. The closest I've seen to a work truck is a 1/24 Chevy/GMC 2500 van from Highway 61. The cost must just be too high for a company to produce one?

RE: Tow truck

The link may not work..but Ive attached a pic..You could always use the tow
rig section and add it to a later model Ford or chev pick-up
