This is to let everyone know that Diecast Forums is under new management as of December 1. Stanley has been incredibly kind and patient in allowing me to take over so that he can concentrate on "real life" and other online efforts. As the original founder of these forums and the one who has worked to keep things rolling along, he is in our debt and I hope he will continue to contribute as an interested hobbyist!

You will notice that we've simplified the forums and consolidated where possible in order to make threads more visible. The threads we removed either were spam or had nothing to do with the theme of this site, with the exception of the posts that were under "Hot Wheels". I sincerely apologize for that. We also increased the limits on several image settings - you can now post larger pictures without automatic resizing as well as larger avatars (100 x 100). We should have plenty of bandwidth to accomodate these changes - especially while we're still growing.

We really appreciate the members who are here and continue to post and encourage you to continue! It should really get fun as we increase the membership and populate these forums with interesting posts about the hobby we love. Please spread the word and invite others to join!
